It felt like no one was around to keep things in check. The lack of on-site management really made the experience frustrating.

Everything is really good here, had a really great stay on a road trip. The units are tastefully decorated, fully-equipped with private bathroom. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

Staying here was a mixed bag. The noise from the pub below kept me awake until late, and the non-smoking room oddly smelled of smoke from the beer garden. It made the whole experience a bit off for me.

The staff are very professional and extremely helpful, managed the parking on-site. Excellent setting, it's next to nice pub and large trucks...

Property was exceptional, with great staff and magnificent location close to all attractions. Location: the hotel was so close to large trucks as well as centre of town. A cool bonus was nearby The Convent, that offered tea and coffee.

we stayed at the crown and found it to be a great choice for our overnight stop. the two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, providing us with a small lounge and comfortable bedrooms. the dining room downstairs offered a lovely standard pub meal, and we appreciated the staff’s attention to dietary needs, ensuring a gluten-free option for one of us.
No lift access for rooms 🚶♂️.

After a long drive, we were relieved to find cozy beds waiting for us. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. While the decor is a bit dated and the facilities could use some sprucing up, it offered decent value for an overnight stay.

The value for money was excellent at just $90 for a spacious room with an ensuite. The location was perfect for our road trip, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from more variety.

I stayed for a night while traveling for work and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic value. My room was clean, comfortable, and had an ensuite, which was a nice touch. The bed was cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed a delicious dinner with generous portions, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The location in the CBD meant everything I needed was just steps away, and having the bar downstairs was a bonus.
Couldn’t recommend more this hotel.

The clean, tidy room had comfy beds and great amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. Dinner was a good surprise with fresh veggies and standout cauliflower cheese. The friendly staff made early check-in easy, and the garden area provided a nice space to relax. We enjoyed visits to nearby attractions like the Shear Outback. Though the bathroom had an odd window gap that made it chilly overnight, we'd definitely return for another interstate stop.

I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. the room itself was a disappointment; it was dirty and cramped, with a two-seater lounge that made one side of the bed inaccessible. The noise from the pub kitchen above meant the smell of frying lingered all night, and the old built-in furniture added to the cluttered vibe.

Honestly, the location was pretty awesome! Right above a pub, so getting food was super easy, and the bistro had surprisingly good meals. The room was spacious and clean, which made the stay much more comfortable than expected. Plus, it was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central spot!
I was really bummed that there was no mention of stairs when I booked. I was on crutches, and managing those steps was a real struggle. the bathroom was pretty cramped, and I found a used razor just chilling above the shower – not cool. The noise from the heater was another downside. Definitely not ideal!

The single room was clean and tidy, just what was needed for an overnight stay. The comfy bed felt like a cozy hug after a long day of travel. Loved having the little fridge and tea/coffee facilities - felt like a home away from home!
The heating took forever to warm up, which was a bit frustrating.
